The space Hidden Oaks is a cozy and secluded Airbnb listing that provides a perfect country getaway for families and friends. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of oak trees, hill country, and starry skies. Lounge in the pool, play washers, bbq and dine outside. Only 5 min from river access points, 10 min to Garner State Park, and 45 min to Lost Maples State Natural Area. Please note that Hidden Oaks uses well water and the area can at times experience droughts. We kindly ask that guests conserve water during their stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve this precious resource. This home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Master bedroom with TV: 1 queen bed and attached to a full bath with a shower, 2 vanity sinks, toilet, and a bath tub. Bedroom #2:1 queen bed Bedroom #3:1 queen bed Bedroom #2 and #3 share a full bath with a shower, sink and toilet. Amenities: - Fiber internet/wifi is available - Smart TVs - Grill, campfire, cowboy pool and outdoor seating area - Laundry room equipped with washer and dryer - Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including cups, silverware, plate ware, and cooking items. Kitchen also includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker Essentials provided: - Hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper - pillows and sheets - bath and hand towels - kitchen towels What you'll need to bring: - Pool/river towels - charcoal if you plan on grilling - bathing products - Ice Other things to note: At this time cellular services will not be optimal in the canyon. However, connecting to the WiFi will give you text and call ability if you are having issues with your phone service. Young CHILDREN MUST be supervised while outside as there are heights and drop offs without sturdy rails or protection. You must drive thru our neighbors property to get to Hidden Oaks, he is an elderly gentleman who does his best to keep up with his property. Also there is a Ring security device on top of each door entry into the property, one of which faces the back patio with the pool. These are kept for security and insurance purposes only, are not actively monitored, and are regularly deleted. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a closet in the master bathroom and the greenhouse at the back of the property, both of which are used for supply/equipment storage by the owners. -Parking space is limited but can fit 4 cars easily.
