Countryside vacation rental

"Welcome to East Frisia" The property is located in a country house in a quiet residential area. In front of our country house there is a seating area with a charcoal grill. No smoking inside the building and pets are not permitted. The space Property Amenities: Kitchen and Dining Area : The kitchen and dining area are located in the corridor on the upper floor and are equipped with a kettle, mini fridge, coffee pod machine and a small stove, as well as an oven. The room equipment includes: - One double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m, - One single bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m, - A couch - A TV (smart TV) - A closet. - Fridge Baths: The bathroom is in the basement next to the front door. It includes a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. (The washing machine can be used at a usage fee of 10€ per wash. The fee can be paid on site, directly at the owner, cash or by card. Laundry detergent must be brought with you.) Furthermore, an ironing board and a clothes dryer are available. Outside space: In the outdoor area there are two parking spaces, a seating area and a charcoal grill. The accommodation can be used for up to 3 persons (1 double bed and one single bed). There is a parking lot right in front of the property, as well as surveillance cameras that monitor the house entrance door for burglary protection. Only the outdoor area is monitored. Guest access The vacation rental is located on the second floor of our idyllic East Frisian country house and has a separate entrance, as well as 2 parking spaces. Other things to note If you forgot to buy groceries for breakfast or a beer for the afternoon, that's not a problem. We also offer eggs, rolls, jam, Nutella, butter, cereal, chips, milk, beer, water, Krombacher Radler, and Coke, which you can purchase from us. In the vacation accommodation, there is a tablet on which you can request the desired groceries and find various events and instructions for the accommodation. And a brief note: Smoking in the building and pets are not allowed.
