Please note that the building admin had recently change it's policy for usage of pool. Guests of units owners staying in the unit are now charge for a fee of Php100/Person for using the pool. Also payment can only be made online and they don't accept cash. PARKING: We don't have parking space available inside the bldg. However, there's plenty of paid parking spaces just outside the bldg. They charge 35php/4hrs or 80ph/12hrs and 10php/hr for excess hrs if you're staying longer or over night. Bed Setup - Bed arrangement are prepared according to the number of guest that is made on the reservation (Please message in advance for any clarification on this matter) • Please note that the color of bed sheets, blankets, and towels may differ from the pictures provided. • Additional bedding, towels, pillows, blankets, and cleaning services can be arranged upon request, based on availability, and may incur additional fees. • Additional cleaning or toiletry refills are not provided. Please reach out to us for any cleaning or refill requests, with applicable fees. • Moving of furniture is strictly prohibited. Any rearrangement or relocation of furniture requires prior approval from us. • Kindly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighboring units. • No parties/events/pets allowed on the premises. • Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. • Please respect check in and check out times. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. • Cooking food with strong odors such as dried fish is not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of Php 2,000. • Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of Php 5,000 will be imposed for violations. • Guests may be held accountable for any damaged, missing items, or additional cleaning charges accrued during their stay. • Guests are responsible for regularly managing trash disposal to prevent attracting bugs and ants. We shall not be held liable for any consequences if this responsibility is neglected by guests.
