The Carré Sénart shopping center is 15 minutes from the house and offers all types of shops: restaurants, cinema, gym, parks for children, arcade games, bowling, lasergame, karting, Koezio, etc. The villa is located 5 minutes by car (25 minutes by bike) from the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, architectural splendor that went down in history when Louis XIV went to a sumptuous party organized by the famous Nicolas Fouquet, superintendent of Finance and owner of the castle. You will be amazed by the magnificence of the place and can relax in the gardens designed by Le Nôtre. It is no coincidence that Vaux is nicknamed "little Versailles". The property is also 20 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau, no less famous with the Farewells of Napoleon I to his Guard in the Inner Court during his first abdication.
