Welcome to our farmhouse on charming Lötgränd! Our place is surrounded by a lovely mix of nature and city life, making it a perfect base for exploring all that Sundsvall has to offer. The courtyard house has a bright open floor plan, a smaller kitchen for simpler meals, as well as a comfortable living room with sofa and TV. There is also a fresh bathroom and a private patio in a sunny south-facing location - an ideal place for a relaxing moment. Towels, bed linens and final cleaning are included. The space The 45 sqm courtyard house is located in the Skönmon district, which is located in the southern part of Sundsvall, known for its scenic surroundings and calm atmosphere. Within 200 meters, there is access to a pizzeria, a well-visited restaurant and a cozy café. It is a 15-minute walk to the nearest grocery store. For those who love nature and the outdoors, there are many opportunities to explore. Take a walk or run along one of the beautiful nature trails nearby, or why not go on a nice picnic in one of the nearby parks? In the nearby area, you will also find Sundsvall's outdoor paradise "Södra berget" with surrounding nature, MTB trails, ski slopes and exercise trails. For those interested in culture and history, Sundsvall has a lot to offer. Visit one of the city's museums to learn more about its rich history and cultural heritage. Don't miss discovering the charming "Stone City" with its beautiful buildings. Bus stop is about 200 meters from the accommodation and buses go every 10 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the city center. In summer, you can instead take an electric kickbike (Ryde) which takes 10 minutes. If you have a car, there are free street parking spaces in the nearby area. The farmhouse is close and easy to find from E4 and E14. Sundsvall Timrå Airport is 20 km away, the train station 1.5 km, Birsta shopping 7 km and the hospital 5 km. Guest access The entire farmhouse is intended and adapted for rental. The same applies to the entrance and patio (south-facing) directly adjacent to the courtyard house. Locked storage for storing bicycles/skis is available.
