Welcome to our charming guesthouse on Lötgränd! Our location offers a perfect blend of nature and city life, making it an ideal base for exploring everything Sundsvall has to offer. The guesthouse features a bright open floor plan, a small kitchen for simple meals, and a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV. There’s also a fresh bathroom and a private south-facing patio – the perfect spot for relaxing. Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included. The space The 45 sqm guesthouse is located in the Skönmon district, in the southern part of Sundsvall, known for its scenic surroundings and quiet atmosphere. Within 200 m there is access to a pizzeria, a well-visited restaurant and a cozy café. It is a 15-minute walk to the nearest grocery store. For those who love nature and the outdoors, there are many opportunities to explore. Take a walk or a run along one of the beautiful nature trails nearby, or why not go on a nice picnic in one of the nearby parks? In the immediate area you will also find Sundsvall's outdoor paradise "Södra berget" with surrounding nature, slalom slopes, MTB-arena and exercise tracks. For those interested in culture and history, Sundsvall has a lot to offer. Visit one of the city's museums to learn more about its rich history and cultural heritage. Also, don't miss out on discovering the charming "Stone-town" with its beautiful buildings. There is a bus stop approx. 200 m from the accommodation and buses run every 10 minutes. To the city center it takes about 5 minutes. In summer time, you can take a electrical kickbike (Ryde) instead, which takes 10 minutes. If you have a car, there is free street parking in the immediate area. The guesthouse is close to and easy to find from big roads as E4 and E14. It is 20 km to Sundsvall Timrå Airport, 1.5 km to the train station, 7 km to Birsta shopping center and 5 km to the hospital. Guest access The entire guesthouse is designed and intended for rental. The same applies to the entrance and the south-facing patio directly connected to the guesthouse. A locked storage room is available for storing bicycles/skis.
