The space This cozy two-room apartment welcomes you in a comfortable setting, including a living room dining area, with a sofa bed (that can accommodate two people), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a private bathroom. The apartment is appreciated for the calm that reigns there: the ideal place for a vacation for couples, families or groups of friends. In order to offer you the best welcome, you will have one towel per person as well as the necessary linen for the bed. To enhance your moments of relaxation, the apartment is equipped with a smart TV. You can enter your Netflix credentials to enjoy your favorite series and movies, making your stay more enjoyable. We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will be at your disposal throughout your stay. Enjoy your stay in our beautiful city! It's important to note that our place is not a hotel. However, we have taken care to add these amenities to ensure your comfort upon arrival. You will have at your disposal what to use on the day of your arrival (coffee, toilet paper). For any additional needs, supermarkets are located not far from the apartment, offering you a wide selection of products. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Access to the apartment is completely independent from the instructions that will be on your reservation, a code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Please do not place your backpacks and suitcases on the beds or on the sofa to respect the cleanliness of the premises. Other things to note - Please read the terms and conditions that you will accept when booking the accommodation. - The property must be returned as it was when you arrived please; the cleaning fee paid does not apply to deep cleaning. This includes restoration, compliance with the health protocol and laundry. - You will have one bath towel per person.
