We offer you this independent apartment of about 50 square meters attached to our house, on a plot of 5000 m2 wooded and fully fenced with a 4X10m renovated outdoor pool and private parking. The accommodation is quiet and enjoys an unobstructed view. Our house is located on the height of Lalinde, 5 minutes by car from the center. Lalinde, the first English Bastide, is waiting for you on the banks of the Dordogne River. Its greenway runs along the Lalinde Canal. The space The accommodation includes a main room with an equipped kitchen and a seating area with TV and DVD/ Blu-ray player. Two bedrooms. One with a double bed 140X200 and the second with twin beds 90X190, a desk and an office chair. Bathroom with shower. We also have a sofa bed in the lounge so we can accommodate 2 couples. Wifi access (Fiber optic) Children and adults DVD/Blue ray and book selection Guest access Access to the cottage is through a private entrance. Accessible parking space. Other things to note We regret that we cannot accept pets. The swimming pool was completely renovated this winter. It's made of fiberglass but is not included in the rental price. We have access to it. However, you can enjoy it every day! Extra waste - Due to the limited number of black bin collections, we will ask our guests with children who wear diapers for an additional €6 per week per child upon arrival.
