Non-smoking / vaping self-catering garden cottage, with swimming pool and separate entrance. Open plan lounge with ceiling fan, Tv with full Dstv, kitchen with 4 plate gas hob (no oven), microwave, and double door fridge/freezer Full bathroom, towels provided, (own beach towels). No inverter, or generator installed. The space The cottage is a comfortable and private self-catering garden unit, on the same property as the main house, in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to all amenities/malls (1.5 km), Main beach (1.8km), King Shaka International airport (15km) and Golf courses in close proximity Please note that this cottage is not serviced daily, however the cottage will be serviced at least once during a five-night stay. Please note that no parties or gatherings on the property, no noise or loud music after 10pm. Guest access The apartment is private and separate to the main house, with its own private access (manual control gate) and parking for one vehicle only. Other things to note You may spot Dolphins, whilst walking on the Ballito promenade. There are also restaurants with sea view on the beach front. Convenient stores are also in close proximity to the Ballito beach front. Fishing from the rocks, International Golf courses in the Ballito area. There is a Netcare Hospital within the Ballito CBD area. King Shaka international airport is also on our doorstep. Ushaka Marine world (Durban) and Sharks board (Umhlanga) are worth visiting.
