The space Casa Svea is equipped with a large bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, a small sauna and a room with washing machine and dishwasher – all new. It also has a balcony, ideal for breakfast or relaxing after a hot day. Casa Svea is equipped with three air conditioners (which heat in winter), Wi-Fi in all rooms and three TVs. The house is very bright, thanks to large windows in all important rooms. It is particularly ideal for couples or a family with up to two older children. Nearby there is a supermarket, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, a cinema and all the necessary services to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The host will welcome you and is available to assist with any queries. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except the garage) and use towels, bed linens and beach items (towels, umbrellas, etc.) free of charge. Avola is best known for its exquisite wine, Nero d'Avola, as well as for its high-quality almonds. In addition, the city offers a pleasant climate all year round and enchants with its beautiful sea. The surroundings of Casa Svea are particularly quiet and are in the immediate vicinity of the city center. The highway is also only about 10 minutes away. In front of the house there is free parking along the street. A few steps from the house (approx. 15 minutes' walk) there are stops for buses that run in all directions. Syracuse, with the enchanting island of Ortigia, is only 25 km away, Noto, (baroque city) 8 km, Catania airport 90 km, and both Mount Etna and Taormina are just over 100 km away.
