Other things to note The tourist tax is € 2,00 per person, per night, payable upon arrival, as required by local regulations. Your stay includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, electricity and gas consumption, bed, bath and pool linens and a welcome set of essentials. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are supplied with a basic starter courtesy kit (for example, soap and limited amounts of shampoo or shower gel and other essentials), meant for arrival and the first needs of your stay. Additional supplies beyond the initial set are not included and are the responsibility of the guests. For fairness and sustainability, charging electric vehicles using the villa’s outlets is not permitted unless previously authorized and arranged before arrival. Casa Mia is a luxury villa set in the Puglian countryside, and that authentic natural setting is part of its charm. For this reason, small insects or typical Mediterranean wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular maintenance and care. The area is generally very peaceful; however, as the villa is located within a residential countryside setting, occasional outdoor noise may occur due to nearby properties. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign the rental agreement and accept the house rules, which help ensure a smooth and respectful stay for everyone. Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, plus infants or children up to 3 years old. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Finally, as this is a countryside property, especially during peak season, occasional service interruptions may occur due to external providers (such as internet connection, water pressure, or electricity).
