The enclosed back porch is full of kids books, toys and games with access to a private backyard with a grill. The house is a 2 minute walk to the town playground, the YMCA, and adjacent to the Abbe Museum. There are 3 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs bathroom, and pantry with washer and dryer are on the first floor. Guests will have access to the entire house excluding the basement and the garage. We love sharing our local expertise with our guests if they desire. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, located in the center of town. It is rare to be so close to town, but have the quiet and convenience that this neighborhood provides. This house is walking distance to all the town attractions. The Village Green is at the top of the street. The Island Explorer leaves from the Village Green. The YMCA and town Playground are at the bottom of the street. You can enjoy Bar Harbor and Acadia without needing to get in your car if you desire. We have lots of kid supplies. If you need a pack n' play, high chair, or other kid items let us know. If we have them we will make sure they are there for you.
