Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The space 1-Welcome to Good Hope Area where you can enjoy the gathering in a private ranch style within the mountain nature of California. 2-The listed house ( Hope House) is the main dwelling under the platform booking and consist of 4 and up to 8 bedrooms. The ground level of the main dwelling have kitchen, lobby and master room with bath. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms ( one master with bath and two rooms sharing a bath ) plus lobby between rooms with a queen sofa bed. Attached to the main listed dwelling under, there are two separate units, both have two bedrooms and one bath, however one with big lobby or meeting room and the other have a kitchen and small lobby. 3-Each of these two units are available for extra charge and can accommodate up to extra 5-7 people. 4-The main dwelling under the platform booking charges can accommodate up to 15 people. 5-There will be $50/night for each extra guest more than15. 6-the number of rooms assigned is based on an average of 3 guests per room. 7-Also there is a charge of $20 for each visitor as a day use till 10:00 pm and staying after will be considered as a sleep over charges. 8-For security: We will need a names list preferred alphabetical of all the people in your group, only the names in the list will be allowed the access from the main gate. People not in the list will cause delay and will be charged extra $5 than the regular costs. 9-No access is allowed after 10:00 pm unless previous arrangement with the manager hiring a gate keeper for $50/hour. 10-There will be a charge of $5 a guest for early check in or late check out up to 4 hours. 11-We do encourage carpool for big groups as there will be a charge of $15 extra for each parking car more than 1st 7 cars for the stay. 12-please bring your own personal stuff including your towels, and blanket as the linen service is optional and available for extra $20 including Towel set, bed sheets and blankets. 13-A refundable security deposit of $1000 to be collected through before the check in against extra services. Special room arrangements or linen services need to be requested in advance. 14- for discounted long term of 4 weeks or more, utilities to be paid by the guests. 15-we have dogs on site and upon the guest request we put them in their shelter however for night safety we release them after 10 pm till 10 Am. 16-In the site, of total of 85 acres there are another two houses with different address and listings, also a big tent 40’ by 80’ which can be used for a bigger gatherings with extra charge depending on the arrangement details. 17-It is a must to collect a liability waiver form for each car where each adult or guardian will sign with their names. We hope it will be a life changing experience. Other things to note 1-As explained in the house description and rules, we need to collect a refundable $1000 before checking in against extra guests and services. 2-the junior Olympic pool will be for extra minimum charge of $150 the 1st hour with increments of 1/2 hours after. You will need to give us in advance your scheduled pool times so we can coordinate with the other users.
