The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with extra beds. Guest access The apartment is rented for the exclusive use of guests and is located on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator. You will not have to share it with other people and you will be the only guests. Unfortunately, however, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible due to the small size of the internal doors. Other things to note The property is located in a condominium where other people live: please respect the hours of rest and the common spaces. In the house, please only smoke in the outdoor spaces, where you will find shelters at your disposal. According to Italian law, our type of accommodation falls under the category of tourist accommodation/short-term rentals and requires a written contract to be signed upon arrival.
