A peaceful haven on a 40 acre farm. Roam around the property visiting the horses, watching the wild birds, looking for koalas, or drive a short 15 minutes to Bilpin town centre, local eateries, fruit orchards and cellar doors. The property is also bordered on three sides by the Wollemi National Park with lots of walking trails and wildlife. Sunnydell supplies a breakfast hamper of bacon, eggs, butter, milk, bread, honey, cereal, sugar, tea, coffee & juice. Please ensure any gates that are closed remain closed to ensure the farm animals remain on the property. Other things to note As well as the farm animals, we do have a dog that roams freely on the property. He tends to stay with the owners but may greet you upon your arrival. Sampson is friendly and loves a pat. If you are not comfortable around a dog let us know and we will make sure he doesn’t bother you. Registration number PID-STRA-650
