Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo and community amenities, including: 🏊 Community Pool & Hot Tub 🚗 Convenient Parking 🏠 Clubhouse and Restaurant Other things to note 🐾 Pets: Pets must be pre-approved and are allowed for a one time fee of $150 (per pet) at booking. Guests agree to abide by our pet rules outlined in detail in our house rules. 🚫 Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized, recreational, and/or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted. Please see our house rules for additional details before arrival. 🚗 Parking: A small, single-car garage is available for guest use, though it’s a tight fit for standard-sized vehicles. There’s a dedicated parking spot for one small car directly outside the unit, and ample street parking nearby for additional vehicles. ❄️ Air Conditioning: While the system is not regulated, we kindly ask that it not be set below 70°F during summer months. Setting it lower can cause the unit to freeze and break — guests will be responsible for any related damages. 🗑️ Trash Bins: Due to access limitations, guests must roll trash bins to the curb by Sunday evening for trash collection early Monday morning. They must be returned to the garage prior to EOD Monday, otherwise the HOA will issue fines that guests will be responsible for. 💦 Pools: Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April (exact dates vary depending on weather each season). 🌱 Overseeding Season: Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant and is reseeded in October.
