This family accommodation is close to all sights and amenities. It's an apartment in a closed and secure residence with two private parking spaces. we have a nice children's room with a bunk bed and an adult room with a queen bed and a connected TV. the living space is very pleasant with lots of sunshine and an open kitchen to share delicious moments. the toilet and the bathroom are separate. The apartment is air-conditioned The space The 60 m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It is a 1-minute walk from the hospital and 5 minutes from Place Rocheville with all the local shops. It's a quiet and safe place. With a taxi, Uber or your car you can reach the Palais des Festivals in 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop in front of the residence that passes very regularly.
