2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, building without elevator, 50m from Praia Grande in Ubatuba/SP. - 1 living room with 1 sofa of 3 + 2 armchairs, flat screen TV (open channels), ceiling fan; - 1 kitchen open to the living room with counter (3 stools), refrigerator, microwave, 4b stove, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, ...). - 1 bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan; - 1 suite with 2 bunk beds, double mattress, ceiling fan, private bathroom; - 1 social bathroom The space The apartment is well ventilated due to the presence of a ceiling fan in every room. There is no mosquito, which makes it possible to open all the windows to ventilate the environment, as well as being on the top floor, which contributes to ventilation. We do not provide towels, bed linens and toilet paper, we ask to bring it with you. The rooms have pillows to be used. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook, but the guest must bring the supplies, including a match (the stove is gas and has no electric lighting). All bathrooms have a shower with electric heating. On the ground floor, guests can use the 2 showers to remove salt from the body, as well as the communal bathroom. The guest is entitled to use 1 parking space from the parking lot.
