Welcome to our fully equipped home Alone, with colleagues or family, this accommodation filled with good vibes will offer you a peaceful place ideal for a stopover on the vacation route (near the Gerzat toll barrier 2 min) for a short or long stay, to relax or for work. Very well located, the accommodation has many shops nearby and close to Clermont-Ferrand, (building work is taking place nearby) The space Townhouse with exposed timber frame recently renovated. Large living room and kitchen on the ground floor (sofa bed in the living room) Sleeping area and bathroom upstairs. Very well located, this accommodation composed of 2 bedrooms and an office with sofa bed can accommodate up to 8 people (for short stays) Linens and bed linens are provided. We do the cleaning ourselves and have opted for a reasonable cleaning fee. Thank you for playing the game ;) Guest access The accommodation is left open for your arrival time and the keys are inside.
