Our 41 m2 duplex for 4 people, facing the mountains and the Neste d'Aure river, awaits you for a pleasant holiday. Quiet and not overlooked,located in a serviced apartment, our accommodation offers you access to an indoor/outdoor heated pool ( from June to September) and children's games. The space The duplex is located a 5-minute walk from the city center and the shops of Arreau. Ideally located for all summer and winter mountain activities. - For hikers: Many hikes for all levels are available to you, many medium or high mountain circuits, very quick access to the mythical Neouvielle massif and its granite and 200 lakes. Spain nearby (Pineta Valley). -For road cycling: You will be located from the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Aspin, Peyresourde, Azet, Hourquette d 'Ancizan, Col du Portet and Tourmalet...). GPX tracks upon request. - For Vététistes: Marked hiking tours, enduro descents, 2 Bike Park, 3 Pumptracks. - Winter: There are many ski resorts to choose from (bus shuttles from Arreau). Ski resorts: Saint-Lary Soulan 10 kms, Peyragudes 18 kms, Val Louron 20 kms, Piau Engaly 30 kms. You also have the balneotherapy center " Balnéa " located in Loudenvielle(10kms from Arreau) Other things to note For the summer period (from July 8 to August 31) I rent by the week and only from Saturday to Saturday. The cleaning is therefore included in the rental. Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided. (but this is possible with a supplement of €20 per person).
