As you will enter the apartment with the living area to your left, a modern open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Not mention the smart TV, perfect for family movie nights after a day of fun in the sun! Through to your right is the main bathroom offering both a newly renovated shower room an ideal space for some alone time, to reflect on the day's adventures. Further to your right you will find the bedroom boasting a large and comfortable double bed. The apartment is very well located, being only a 2 minute walk away from the beach or alternatively a short walk away from the town centre, the location of this apartment is unbeatable! Not to mention being within walking distance to the Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth train station, Bournemouths main tourist attractions, the famous winter gardens and extremely close to three major car parks. There is a plethora of shops, restaurants and cafes all under a 5 minute walk away making this an extremely convenient base for your visit. Interaction with guests We are on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we are on hand and available when needed. Bookings over 10 days will receive a complimentary weekly linen change carried out by our housekeeping team, I will inform you of the scheduled day that this will take place. An additional housekeeping service can be arranged upon request (charged additionally) INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL FEE -Bed linen (sheets and towels). -WI-FI -Utility bills. -Weekly linen change when your stay is longer than 10 days. -Welcome pack comprising of sachets of milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, several dishwasher tablets, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Please note that the apartment has exterior CCTV for the safety and security of our guests, thank you. Please note - Do not take any towels from the apartment to the beach. If they are found to have been taken to the beach, unfortunately we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.
