This home is one of the most sought-after homes for UQTR students! This one offers three beautiful rooms perfectly designed for students, a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and a “just cool” space to savor them! A living room of the perfect size for a cohabitation of three students and a flat-screen TV is one of them. The space Bedroom offering a double bed with a comfortable mattress, dresser, work desk, beautiful comfortable chair as well as a flat screen TV. Each student has access to a clean, well-spaced bathroom shared between the 3 roommates, a kitchenette providing everything that requires preparing your favorite meals and a “just cool” place to enjoy them! Guest access Each student has access to an outdoor terrace, outdoor storage space, parking, and a charging station as needed. Other things to note 📌 A note to students / roommates: Your room will be ready and prepared especially for you on the day of your arrival. 🛏️✨ For common areas, a housekeeper visits every two weeks. Depending on your arrival date, the interview may have taken place on the same day… or up to 13 days before. The rest depends mainly on the compliance with the regulations by the roommates present. I rent more than twenty rooms in different houses. For a while, I mixed rentals through Airbnb and other external arrangements, which created significant complications in terms of compliance with the rules and maintenance of common spaces. It even affected my profile. Starting November 2025, I'm going back to a simple and stable formula: I now only accept bookings via online platforms, mainly Airbnb. Thus, all tenants read the same rules and must respect them, as provided for in this type of rental. If some of the old comments seem negative to you, please keep in mind that they come from this period of mixed management. Today, only the Airbnb formula is used.
