The apartment is located in the emblematic Porvenir neighborhood where María Luisa Park and Plaza de España are located. In 25 minutes you can reach the historic center of Seville after a pleasant walk. It is a quiet and safe area, very well connected, with great restaurants and all the amenities. With a separate entrance and its own garden, you can enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is completely renovated and has a careful decoration. The space It has a separate bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, and all kinds of small appliances: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. The apartment has high-speed WiFi (fiber), a Smart-TV, and air conditioning (hot/cold) via a radiant ceiling. It also has a split in each room for added comfort. The apartment has an outdoor area for guest use only. The apartment is delivered with sets of towels, sheets, duvets, fully prepared for use. For long stays it is possible to arrange room service (55 euros, includes cleaning and change of linen). The apartment has a self check-in. Guest access A crib is available upon request at no extra cost. Check-in is after 4:00 PM. If necessary, luggage can be left after 11:00 AM at no additional cost (cleaning may be in progress).
