Master bedroom with queen-size bed, master bathroom, and a bonus bedroom, 2nd bedroom with a full-size bed. Just 2 miles from the Russellville Lake Dardanelle marina / park; conveniently close to Entergy nuclear plant, St. Mary’s hospital, Arkansas Tech University, clinics, downtown businesses, restaurants, and shopping centers. Note - 3rd bonus bedroom entry is thru the master bedroom. See photo. The space 1651 Marina Rd. built 1975, partially renovated 2023. Spacious and comfortable home. Previous owner expanded the master bedroom and converted the 3rd bedroom into a master closet/kids bedroom. Great for some, not so great for others. Guest access I was asked, and I am not familiar with wheelchair requirements, spacious enough but half steps on front porch. I posted pictures of the front porch. The house inside is really spacious, but the bathrooms are narrow. See pictures attached. Other things to note There is an extra fee for more than 3 persons. Please do not take our towels or pillows or anything that is not yours; these are not complementary.
