Colorful and homely apartment with independent entrance, kitchen and outdoor eating area. Surrounded by a large shared garden accessible at all times. Located in lively neighbourhood of Rome, 20-30 minutes away from the main tourist attractions. The space There is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen corner. One bedroom with a king size bed, a table that can be used as a desk. Hot water provider. The tap water is safe to drink. The shower room is equipped with a w.c., bidet, sink and shower. Guest access Apart from your apartment and the immediate outside area, you have access to the whole garden, seat in any corner and enjoy the sunshine. Other things to note The garden is private but other guests and myself can be there. Also we are animal friendly, so there may be dogs, cats... obviously good non aggressive dogs.
