(Basement: Gym/Sauna/Garden; Ground: Living/Kitchen; Upper floors: Bedrooms). ❄️ Comfort: Air conditioning is available (12,000 BTU in the 1st bedroom, 24,000 BTU on the top floor). All windows have insect screens. 🏊‍♂️ Shared Pool: The pool is shared within the complex (21 villas). It is generally calm and child-friendly. Please note: Maximum 3 guests from our villa can use the pool at a time.
