Luxurious Retreat Villa in Silivri

This stylish place is perfect for retreat trips and long holidays. Distances: IST - 40 minutes (60km) SAW - 90 minutes (120km) Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace - 90 minutes (70km) The space The villa is very bright, airy, spacious and clutter-free with new and beautiful furnishings. There are three separate bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with 180x200cm beds, one of them is equipped with 140x200cm bed. There is also an empty bedroom which can be perfect for Yoga or pilates activities. Upon request, we can provide a 140x200cm floor bed on this room. Fully equipped and spacious kitchen will provide you with a comfortable cooking experience. There are 2 other kitchenettes, each having a fridge. There is a sauna and a gym on the basement floor. There are 2 TV's, one is located on the entrance floor, other is on the last floor. There is a cool hammock as well. You can rest there looking at the sky through the special glass opening at the roof. Welcome home! Your stay is located on a rocky hill, facing the sea with a breathtaking view. Neighborhood is safe and peaceful at night, active and fun during summer days. There is a public beach nearby(3km). There are several grocery stores and a weekly local bazaar nearby. There are good restaurants around the Silivri waterfront. Other things to note: The villa has four floors, and there is no elevator. Net area is around 300m2 in total. There is a 12.000btu AC on the 4th floor. There is a 24.000btu AC on the 4th floor. There are removable nets on all windows to block flies and mosquitos. The pool is open to 21 villa residents, it’s not a private pool. It is generally used by children and is not too intense. Maximum 3 people can use it at the same time. The pool is closed on Mondays due to cleaning process. It takes 40 minutes to get home from Istanbul Airport by car. While it’s approximately one hour drive from Istanbul city center, it may take one and a half hour if there is traffic. The complex has generator and water tanks so we don’t suffer from shortages. The complex has a security personnel and surrounded with security cameras. Since we care about neighborly relations, our villa is not suitable for noisy private events or parties. Other things to note The pool is for common use. More than three people are not allowed to use it at a time. The pool is closed on Mondays due to cleaning process. The villa is not suitable for parties or noisy special events. There is no smoking inside the house. This is a very sensitive issue for us. Registration Details 34-3456
