Casa Capri is perfect for a relaxing family getaway or a romantic couple’s retreat. Spend lazy days lounging poolside then stroll along the beach enjoying stunning sunsets and soft volcanic sands. The space Indoors Casa Capri is peaceful, welcoming, and newly remodeled to enhance the beauty of the natural surroundings. Rooms Include: Master bedroom with king bed. Bathroom en suite with a large rain shower. Living Room with well-stocked kitchen, refrigerator, oven and a full-sized sleeper sofa. Dining areas are both in living room and outside on the private patio. Starlink Wireless Internet is provided throughout property. Outdoors The entire property is surrounded by a tall concrete wall which creates privacy and security. Parking spaces are located outside the wall next to the street and are monitored 24/7 by security cameras. Grand Cabana is a shared space and can be accessed through the garden. It includes a large dining table, two swing chairs, a large two-person hammock (450lbs weight limit), and a sitting area. 55-inch Samsung TV can be used to stream movies or music. Connect your Android or Apple device to easily stream your own content. BBQ area includes a large gas grill, sink and mini fridge perfect for outdoor entertaining. Utility room is a shared space with a washing machine and dryer. The house includes parking capacity for on vehicle Guest access Casa Capri has a private entrance gate with its own large parking area outside the wall which is monitored by security cameras. The private walkway from the gate to the front of Casa Capri is lined with trail lights and beautiful indigenous plants. You will have access to the entire villa and adjacent patio to yourselves but will share the outdoor common areas including the pool, utility room and Grand Cabana with Casa Capri. Other things to note The neighborhood Laguna Azul is just a quick two-minute walk to beautiful Playa Potrero beach. Across the bay is the world-famous Playa Flamingo with a new marina, high end shops and excellent restaurants. Most areas in Playa Potrero are within easy walking distance. Turning left out onto the beach and walking 10 minutes will get you to the many Surfside shops, bars, and restaurants. Playa Potrero has a great selection of places to eat and drink so you don’t have to go far to enjoy your evening.
