It is located on a very quiet pedestrian street a few minutes' walk from La Encarnación. Smoke-free space (no smoking anywhere in the house or on the terrace). No pets allowed. The space Ground floor, has bathroom 1, Bedroom 2 and 3 and the entrance hall. First floor, living room, kitchen and toilet. Attic floor, Bedroom 1, Bathroom 2 and Private terrace with Jacuzzi. Guest access For stays of approximately one month or more, electricity is not included in the price and will be paid later when the electricity company's bill is received through the resolution center or by transfer. Other things to note It's very important to see the stairs in the photos. Some sections may be dangerous for children and people with motor difficulties. The house is located on a very quiet and peaceful narrow pedestrian street, so it is mandatory to make noise after 11 pm or play music on the terrace that may disturb the neighbors. If I had complaints from the neighbors, we would have to suspend the stay. For stays of approximately one month or more, electricity costs are not included.
