This rowhouse in downtown Martinsburg is across the street from the train station. It is steps from the historic Apollo theater, and nearby many dining and shopping options in downtown. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms, but only one bathroom. The downstairs includes an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, and two living room areas. There are new ductless minisplit units in 2 bedrooms and 1 downstairs. There is only one bathroom. Other things to note There is only one bathroom. We recently installed minisplit AC units in 2 bedrooms and in the downstairs living area. Washer and dryer are in the basement.
