Only rented by the week. No pets. Attention: No linen service is provided. Bring sheets and towels. Other things to note The monitored alarm has ample backup from permanent guards a few blocks away who come right away and police patrol is constant, but the area is very safe. In 10 years we have never suffered a robbery.
