The apartment is located in front of the "Herb Market", in the heart of the historic center, there are shops where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and typical Bolognese products, you can have lunch and dinner in one of the restaurants located inside, or take a walk and reach Piazza Maggiore. The apartment is very comfortable, on the ground floor, entering there is an entrance from which you can access the living room and kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Nespresso coffee machine with pods, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, induction stove. In the living room there is a glass table, comfortable chairs with cushions, a 40'' Smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime. The sleeping area is separated by a bookcase and is equipped with a queen-size bed with a topper and comfortable memory foam pillows, clean and fragrant sheets, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the same room, you will find a comfortable 130 cm wide sofa bed for one person. Please note: if you are two guests and want both the double bed and the sofa bed to be prepared, you must request it at the the time of booking, and an additional fee of 25 euros will be applied. A crib can be added upon request. The bathroom has a large shower, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, complete suspended sanitary ware, washing machine and dryer, adjustable colored LED light for a unique chromotherapy experience. Complete set of three towels. Washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Split air conditioning and a home automation heating system are available. Super-fast Wi-Fi, 40-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. A concierge will be available for any need 24 hours a day. Access by car in the limited traffic zone at a cost of €10 per day and parking on the blue stripes, otherwise you can park your car for a fee in the garage 100 meters away at a maximum cost of €25 per day, closed only on Sundays. The parking lot issues permission to access the limited traffic zone upon request. We are about 1.3 kilometers from the Central Train Station.
