Two bedrooms with queen beds (1 firm mattress and 1 soft mattress). Full bathroom with shower. Living & Dining area. Nice kitchen with many small appliances. Central heat and A/C. Full size fridge & stove. Full size washer & dryer in utility room. Guest access You have access to entire apartment. Keyless entry code given upon booking. This area is shared with other tenant. Other things to note This is a duplex - a full size home. Location is about 2 miles from downtown; Wal-Mart; Kroger; numerous restaurants on Hwy. 79. Be sure to visit downtown. One carport parking space is designated for each side. Additional parking is available at rear of driveway. Please do not park on the street. Each side also has a separate trash and recycle bin. Currently, trash is picked up by the city on Wednesday and recycles on Friday. It's a good idea to have your containers out to the front sidewalk the night before. You will need to bring them back to the rear of the house after they're empty.
