Living room and dining area adjoins kitchen. 2 faux leather massage chairs. TV, Internet, Central heat & A/C. Established, quiet neighborhood. Carport for one vehicle. Other parking at end of driveway. Large backyard with huge shade tree. Full bath with shower. Perfect for traveling workers. The space This is a full size home. Two bedrooms with queen size beds (1 firm mattress and 1 soft mattress). Full bathroom separate from living and kitchen area. Central heat and A/C. Full size appliances; full size washer & dryer in utility room. Guest access You have access to entire apartment. Keyless entry code given upon booking. There is a spacious backyard with a large shade tree. Perfect for pet's outside time. However, it is not totally fenced. A bistro table with two chairs is on the carport. This area is shared with other tenant. Other things to note This is a duplex - a full size home. Location is about 2 miles from downtown and Wal-Mart/Kroger. One parking space is designated for each side. Additional parking is available at rear of driveway. Please do not park on the street. Each side also has a separate trash and recycle bin. Currently, trash is picked up by the city on Wednesday and recycles on Friday. It's a good idea to have your containers out to the front sidewalk the night before. You will need to bring them back to the rear of the house after they're empty.
