Guest access Guest access is easy and safe with an outdoor metal gate leading to the property. Patio outside entrance door is yours for smoking or hanging in the sun. Please no smoking inside whatsoever, and please use the ashtray outside. You can use the big dumpster closer to the staircase. The entrance door code will be provided prior to check in time for an easy self check in. Other things to note Parking can be tricky in the old port area but not bad comparatively to big cities. We have 1-2 on site free overnight parking for you.. Daytime parking is available but limited to ONE car and can be a bit tricky with other businesses on premises , their customers and business operators have business hours priority and your car MAY be double parked for a few min. You can also park your car on street during the day (a couple free all day streets nearby) or at a paid parking lot a min walk down the street. Please note that the dumpsters downstairs belong to the businesses on premises (all highly recommended establishments - each in their own area) and they access those commercial dumpsters daily, so expect their workers to go through the black gate downstairs to use the dumpsters, but not upstairs - that's just yours.
