Kurnell Coastal Cottage

If you're looking for a family friendly place to get away, our Coastal Cottage has everything you need! This cozy home is fully equipped for a family with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee machine, play room, TV with Disney and Netflix and fireplace. With an outdoor pizza oven, bbq and pool, it has all the marks of a good time. You can take a 2 minute walk to Kurnell's great beaches or head to the nearby National Park to walk some of the stunning tracks, return and enjoy a hot outdoor shower! The space Our home is a light filled, cozy, coastal cottage. The main bedroom features a queen bed, bedside tables and cosy lighting, the bed is dressed in french linen for a comfortable nights sleep. The curtains are light linen so allow for the lovely sea breeze to filter into the room (please note these are not blockout blinds). The second bedroom is fitted with one set of bunk beds and one single bed. The beds are also fitted with french linen, for a cozy nights sleep. The curtains fitted in this room are also light linen (please note these are not blockout blinds). The children's bookcase is stocked with much loved books. Beautiful sourced artwork makes for a lovely space. The playroom has a hand painted mural and is full of children's toys, a train set, blocks, possum couch cushions for cubby making. We also have card games and board games for older children. The living area is at the front of the home and over looks the front yard where the trampoline and swing set are, so you can sit on our King couch and enjoy the front aspect. The Frame TV has all the family favourites with Netflix and Disney as well as free to air TV. The Bose sound system and DVD player are also available in this front room. The bathroom is simple and clean, with Sukin shampoo and conditioner, and Lief hand soap its simplicity is its charm. The dining table sits in the kitchen area, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you'll need! The Rocket coffee machine is in the laundry, we have fresh beans available to be ground every morning in the grinder. The laundry also has Miele washing machine and dryer, as well as a drying rack and second toilet. Our home also has a mineral water plunge pool in the backyard, and Weber BBQ, Gozney gas pizza oven, and outdoor dining table to eat alfresco. We do share our property with a tenant in the granny flat at the very back of the property, access is down the side of the property and through the backyard. It's worth to note that all the amenities are for our guests only. We have a couple of surfboards to take to Cronulla for a wave. Or take a 5 minute walk to the waterfront for lovely little waves perfect for children or for a swim! We have a beach umbrella, chairs and beach toys for your beach experience!
