The space The house is located in the Marina Jacuípe garden condominium, which has a private club, adult and children's pool and soccer field. The property is equipped with a smart TV in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi, ping pong table, barbecue, air-conditioned wine cellar, Nespresso coffee maker, freezer, brewery, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. In two suites there is a workstation with internet. All en-suites are air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two double beds. The Jacuípe River is a few meters away, with direct access through the condominium. The house is located 16 minutes (12 km) from Guarajuba and 30 minutes (27 km) from Praia do Forte.
