You probably won't use your car during your stay! Sunshine Serenity: River Retreat has breathtaking views and a private, secure space to call yours for the duration of your stay. Open plan living so you can take in the water views from the kitchen, dining, lounge room and main bedroom. There is a second bedroom set up with 2 single beds, plus a second bathroom and full laundry for your use. If you have more than 4 guests you can make use of the fold out sofa in the lounge room which our cleaners can set up for your stay if required. There is a full kitchen in case you decide to cook along with a 6 seater dining table. Guest access There is a secure gate to get into the complex as well as a lift that requires a key to enter your top level. So you can relax knowing you are secure during your stay. You have an underground carpark as well if you would like to bring a car. There is a pool at the complex and a jetty for direct river access. Other things to note The extra bed to make it a property to sleep 6 people is a fold out sofa bed in the lounge room. Please note this is a 2 bedroom apartment. We provide starter provisions for your stay including toilet paper, tea and coffee, milk, sugar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We are happy to host longer stays than 14 days providing you are happy to pay for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay to clean the property and change over all the linen. (Unless otherwise approved prior to booking) There is a lift available for your use, however please note that you need to use the key to get to your level. Public transport (buses) at your doorstep. This property has a very strict no events/functions or parties policy. This property does not accept schoolies bookings. No smoking/vaping. No pets. If these guidelines are not followed you will be asked to leave the apartment with no refund. We appreciate your understanding.
