Every detail—from underground infrastructure to design and branding—was built with the help of Kelsey’s dad over several years. Our 3-acre property includes: • Five year-round modern cabins on stilts • Five seasonal bungalows built in 2024 • Spa-inspired shared shower house • Custom-built redwood sauna • Bike wash and secure storage • Two small parking areas • String lights, a quiet pond, and outdoor gathering spaces ⸻ Local Touches & Sustainable Comfort We’re proud to support local makers and use high-quality, eco-friendly products wherever possible. Each bungalow includes: • Handmade ceramic mugs by Minnesota potters • Essential oil room sprays by a local artist • Cotton bedding, down duvets, and extra blankets • Heated toilet seats in the shared shower house • Organic coffee beans, French press, board games, LED lanterns, hammocks, and more ⸻ Pet Policy • Dogs must be approved in advance by adding it to your reservation and pet fee paid at booking • Dogs must be crated if left alone at any time • If barking disturbs other guests, you may be asked to return or end your stay early • If your dog is anxious or vocal, we recommend bringing them with you or making alternate plans ⸻ 👥 Occupancy & Children Policy • All accommodations are designed for 2 guests max • Children, including infants, are not typically a good fit due to: - Compact cabin layouts - No baby gear (cribs, changing tables, etc.) - Safety concerns (elevated decks, fire pits, shared spaces) • Exceptions may be made for 1 adult + 1 child over 8 or an infant — must be approved in advance • Extra guests without approval may result in cancellation • Please message us before booking if you have any questions — we're happy to help ensure the space is right for you! ⸻ Why Guests Love It Here From trail access to mine lake paddles, brewery hopping, and bonfires under the stars, Cuyuna Cove is made for nature-filled weekends and cozy resets. A short walk brings you to our beautiful shared shower house • We are located on 3 wooded acres off Highway 6, directly connected to the trail system and walkable to Main Street Crosby • Oars-N-Mine Bait & Tackle is next door for gear and local tips ⸻ Wildlife Reminder You’re in the woods, which means critters are nearby. Wagons are provided to help haul your luggage—please return them promptly so others can use them. • The custom redwood sauna is available to all guests. • Additional shared amenities include community picnic tables and fire pits. • Our modern, spa-inspired shower house is just a short walk from your bungalow. It includes 2 bathrooms and 2 showers shared with 4 other bungalows. While it's almost always available, we do not offer refunds if it’s temporarily unavailable due to cleaning or maintenance • Please review our cancellation policy before booking.
