An ancient farmhouse dating back to the 1400s, it is located in the hills of the Val D'Orcia. The property has been renovated while maintaining the typical characteristics of Tuscan farmhouses; it is partly used as an agritourism and partly inhabited by me and my family who are dedicated to agriculture. The rooms and apartments of the agritourism will host you, offering you a peaceful stay. You can also relax in a large garden with a swimming pool or enjoy the landscape with walks or bike rides. The space Triple/double room of about 19 square meters, located on the ground floor with an internal bathroom, 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed and direct exit to the garden with pool. The room is equipped with bathroom and bed linen. For stays longer than 1 week, we offer weekly linen changes. If you are interested in the daily cleaning of the room, there is a separate cost. The room is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. It can accommodate a maximum of 2/3 people.(We do not accept extra people, adults or children) Sweet and savory breakfast included in the price. For "special" requests (e.g. allergies or intolerances, baby bed or other requests) please contact us in advance. We do not require a supplement for pets, but in the event of damage to property, objects inside the room, and the facility, we will charge a penalty based on the extent of the damage. Guest access Garden, swimming pool, outdoor gazebo. These areas are not for exclusive use but are shared with other guests staying in the property. Other things to note We offer all our guests the opportunity to taste Nobile, Brunello, and Doc Orcia wines free of charge, as we collaborate with wineries. Also, upon reservation, there is the possibility of platters with cured meats, pecorino cheeses accompanied by fruit or onion compotes, bruschetta, oil, vegetables from our garden, chickpeas, spelt, panzanella and wines... all products are local and from the farm (for a fee).
