Otherwise, we have to reject your booking. - Guests can cook but please do not cook/bring foods that have a strong smell like: seafood, mangosteen, jackfruit, duriancurries, hot pot, grilled, hot colors... that will cause odors in the room and will be difficult to clean - Smoking: Only allowed outside the room, on the balcony. - Due to the Old Quarter house structure, a water pump should be equipped to increase water pressure. It makes some noise when in use. Hope you are not bothered by this - If you come to Hanoi in winter, please check the weather in advance. Please remember to bring warm clothes to ensure your health. - Note: As you know, Vietnam is a tropical country. Although our house has regularly insect spray but can not control any time some type of insect such as: mosquitoes, ants, flys, etc.,...So, please understand if you meet these unexpected visitors. To avoid this, you can limit opening the door, or clean the room after each meal or borrow a temporary spray bottle from us. - For your safety, we have installed indoor cameras that are easy to observe in common areas (stairs, shared kitchen ).
