You may also contact the host for airport pick-up &/or drop-off services. The space Transient rooms are located on the second floor (with separate access/entrance for guests) of a residential house. This is a newly renovated space with bunk bed, WIFI, AC, hot & cold shower and other amenities. The bunk bed can comfortably accommodate up to 2 pax. An extra bed will be provided for the 3rd guest. We offer complimentary airport / terminal transfers for a minimum of 3 nights stay with us. Guest access Shared access to roof deck for unobstructed view of the majestic MAYON VOLCANO. This is not a smoking area though in consideration to other guests. Littering is also prohibited. Other things to note The LEGAZPI BOULEVARD which is one of the most picturesque roadsides in the Philippines is just a short commute away. The place is perfect for your leisure walks or jogs after your tours, meetings &/or training. It also offers a variety of restaurants &/or cafes and is a relaxing place to enjoy the sea breeze.
