Cleaning & Damage Deposit: We require a $500 refundable security deposit, due within 24 hours of booking or the booking will be canceled. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage or need for excessive cleaning. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable home for all our guests! Monthly Property Inspection: To help maintain the home in excellent condition, we require a brief monthly inspection on the 1st of each month for stays longer than 30 days. This is conducted by our local property manager, who lives just across the street. The inspection is quick and scheduled in advance to ensure minimal disruption. Utilities: We include a $300/month utility allotment; any overages are billed accordingly. Pets: Pets: $150/per pet per month sm/med dogs, $200 large per month. 1 pet max unless approved. No smoking or drugs of any kind allowed on the property. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Indoor & Outdoor fireplaces: The fireplaces are not functional, they’re purely aesthetic. We offer a complimentary starter pack with your monthly rental that includes a supply of essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. After the initial supply is used, guests are responsible for refilling these items.
