There is a queen sized bed in one room and two single beds in the other. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, full size oven, kettle and toaster and is equipped with basic cooking/dining essentials. Basic tea, coffee and long life milk provided. There is a washing machine and small outdoor clothes line plus an iron and ironing board. The living/dining area has a 3 seater lounge, coffee table, small dining table with two chairs and a 40 inch tv. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and will come stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as towels for each guest. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the main living area that services the entire unit plus a ceiling fan in the living space and both bedrooms. Guest access The entirety of Unit 1 is what you will have access to. Please keep in mind this is a duplex with a long term tenant in the rear unit. There is a carport that you will have access to one parking space with additional parking space available on the street.
