Welcome to our charming cocoon, ideally located at the gates of Paris, and a few minutes from the Stade de France. Perfect for 4 guests, our accommodation is designed to offer comfort and serenity, whether you're on a business trip, vacation or with family. You'll feel right at home for sure. The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a secure building at the foot of the Carrefour-Pleyel metro and Saint-Denis Pleyel train station (lines 13 and 14 direct to Orly airport in 40 minutes), in a lively street with restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. It has 2 pretty bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with a double sofa bed and a large desk, a semi-open equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a spacious and bright living room. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with electric roller shutters. You will find everything you need in terms of equipment: a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, an iron and ironing board and of course everything you need for the reception and entertainment of babies and young children (a high chair, a baby bed, books and toys, and a changing area in the bathroom). For your teleworking and/or entertainment needs, there is a fast and stable fiber internet connection as well as a smart TV with all the streaming platforms (Netflix, Canal+, Disney+...).
