The cottage is also en-suite. The other 2 rooms in the main house have access to two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. All the bedrooms have new, crisp white linen sheets. The lounge area is spacious and has full DSTV. There's ample seating around the dinner table and the kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare your meals, including gas stove and electric oven. The house has has full solar and there's a water tank for back-up water. The deck has a gas bbq so meals can be prepared and enjoyed on the deck. The property itself is set on 3 acres, with river frontage and is in within walking distance to the tennis courts and golf course. Often you'll see bush buck and other wildlife on the property as well as a variety of bird life. There are also 4 different hikes to do in the area. Southbroom is a ‘hidden gem’ and is completely safe with security patrols and cameras in the village.
