Equipped with everything you need to have a great time and create music professionally: PC, mic, monitors, MIDI, audio interface, headphones, etc. Relax with Xbox & TV with such games like GTA V, Forza H5, FC 2025, Fortnite, Mortal Combat, Warzone, PUBG, APEX, FarCry. A comfy foldable sofa bed & blanket and pillows for 2 people. NO shower or kitchen, but great vibes and free secure parking! The space An office place with a guest chill room and recording room inside. Place is located in the office building with multiple offices around. Guest access You will have access to entire music studio, 2 shared WC’s and a parking lot. Other things to note There’s no shower or kitchen. Sometimes other people may be present in the other office rooms, so please be respectful.
