Other things to note Please be informed that an external link will be provided to complete the pre-check-in requirements, which include the payment of either the refundable security deposit or the deposit waiver. Refundable Deposit – £150 A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues. Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable) Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items). Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.
