Free street parking available The space Step inside and be greeted by a bright and airy living space with modern coastal décor. The open-plan living and dining area is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach, complete with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Free parking is available on the streetoutside the guesthouse, with easy access to the ground floor apartment. The kitchenette features modern appliances, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. It comes equipped with a portable 2 burner stove top and a combined microwave / oven and grill. Wake up to a coffee or a cuppa before strolling down to the beach for breakfast and a swim. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with cozy bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The apartment's bathroom is sleek and contemporary, offering a shower, a vanity, and plush towels for your convenience. Ceiling fans are located in the master bedroom and portable fans are supplied for other areas of the apartment. To note, footsteps may be heard coming from above or up the internal stairs, of the main residence if it is occupied. To note we do everything we can to limit this but sometimes it cannot be avoided. Guest access The guest house apartment is attached to the main residence but has it's own private entrance. Other things to note Parking: Please park outside the front of the property as all other parking spots belong to the neighbours. Families: Please let us know if you are bringing small humans as we can supply high chairs, porter cot and additional items. Amenities: Spa super market, doctors and other amenities are located in Terrigal. Doctors: Located in Terrigal. Erina Fair: 10 minutes drive by car, large indoor / outdoor shopping complex with Coles, Woolworths, Harris Farm and all large retail stores.
