The apartment has a TV, gas heater, equipped kitchen and barbecue grill. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 master suite + 1 suite + 2 demi-suites + a toilet. NOTE: The hot tub in the penthouse area is not in operation! NOTE: The apartment does not provide bath towels. NOTE: Visitors are not allowed in the apartment! Max 6 people The space We provide bed linens, face and floor towels, blankets and 2 comforters, but we do not provide bath towels. If they are damaged or stained, they will be charged to the guests. Bedding sets = R$ 150.00 Face towel = R$ 30.00 Floor towel = R$ 20.00 Blankets = R$ 70.00 Duvets = R$ 200.00 Thank you for understanding! :) It is an exclusive duplex apartment facing the sea on Mariscal Beach, municipality of Bombinhas. Feel at home and please take care of our apartment with all the affection as if it were your own! =) Guest access The guest has access to all areas of the apartment, only the hot tub and whirlpool tub are disabled, please do not insist. Other things to note For children, our apartment does not have protective screens on the windows.
