Electric Fire. 📺 Smart TV with access to Netflix ( please use your own log in for Netflix ) Blinds and curtains for privacy . 👨‍🍳 Kitchen & Conservatory Fully integrated kitchen with fridge/ freezer, washing machine/ dishwasher / gas hob & electric oven & Airfryer. Fully equipped with all cutlery, dishes, plates , cups , glasses and pans. 🧺 Laundry- iron, ironing board, pegs washing line, wash basket - Tumble Dryer located in garage. 🍽️ Dining table that can seat 6 which flows through to a bright Conservatory , there is additional seating 🎵 Music from a record player and a CD / radio for your relaxation & pleasure . 📚Books and games are also provided. 👶 Highchair , stair gate and a travel cot ( please supply your own bedding ) can be requested by messaging your host. 🚽 Downstairs Toilet and an upstairs Bathroon with a bath, toilet , basin and Shower . 🅿️ Parking There is ample parking for 2 cars on the driveway or a large van . 🔑 Access to the property There is a key coded safe at the front door . The code is changed regularly and the code will be given nearer the time of booking . Messingham The charming village of Messingham offers cosy pub retreats such as The Horn , The Green Tree and The Crown Inn on the high street as well as The Bird In The Barley on Northfield Road. These establishments offer guest beers , wines and spirits and home cooked food . Places to eat , these include 4 takeaways and an Italian & Indian Restaurant. You can also get excellent home cooked foods at some of the local pubs. Coffee Shops are plentiful with The Cookie Shop in the village offering superb coffee and delicious home baked cookies and cakes . Cafe Natura is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from Messingham and offers breakfast and lunches and is dog friendly. Food Shopping , a short 5 minute walk will take you to a well stocked COOP & Morrisons store selling fresh produce , wines , beers and confectionery. There are also other smaller independent stores . A Bakery is located on the high street with a delicious range of pastries, fresh bread and homemade sandwiches . Golf ⛳️ Grange Park offers an 18 hole golf course, pay as you play . Forest Pines Golf club is a short drive away but worth it with its beautiful greens and setting . Wedding Guests Cleatham Hall is a 5 minute drive away , why not pop up for lunch or an evening meal . The White Swan , Forest Pines and Grange Park wedding venues are all within a short distance from Messingham . Dog Walks & Hiking We are situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Lincolnshire and it’s Wolds and are surrounded by public footpaths and trails for exploring the area. Cleethorpes is a 45 minute drive but lovely to walk along the beach front and eat some fish & chips. Places of Interest The historic city of Lincoln is a 45 minute scenic drive through Dam Buster countryside . In fact why not stop off for lunch at the fantastic Dam Busters Pub in Scampton on your way to Lincoln ! Visit the Bailgate historic area and the stunning Lincoln Cathedral. Enjoy a walk down Steep Hill to the bars and shops . Guest access Entire property & private garden Access is through the front door of the property. A coded key safe is attached to the left hand side of the front door wall . The key to the front door is in this key safe .
