Our house offers the ideal starting point for active vacationers and those seeking relaxation. The space There are reserved parking spaces for your vehicles directly in front of the house. A minibus can also be parked in our parking areas. Our Villa Seekirchen offers approximately 600 m2 of living space for up to 18 people. On 3 floors you will find all the rooms and equipment you need for a comfortable stay. Here is a brief list of the rooms on each floor: Ground floor: 2 entrance doors Entrance areas with cloakrooms 2 open-plan living rooms with fully equipped kitchen and dining area (8 people and 4 people) and 1 sofa bed in the smaller living room Access to the terrace and garden as well as the large pool area 2 Bedrooms 3 guest toilets 2 bathrooms Upper floor: 6 bedrooms 1 balcony 3 bathrooms 1 fully equipped kitchen with open dining area (12 people), access to the terrace 2nd Floor: 1 beautiful bedroom with table football, workplace and 1 bathroom 1 living area with TV and 2 styling areas Our general pool area with outdoorpool (10x5 m) offers a seating area and sun loungers for a relaxing time and to soak up the sun. The pool is open from May to the end of AUGUST (daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) - depending on the weather and outside temperature. In our accommodation you will find everything you need for your daily needs. All you need to bring with you is your personal items, cosmetics and food. Of course there is WiFi throughout the entire house. ________ To ensure better coexistence, we ask that you strictly adhere to the rest times (12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Parties or events in our accommodation are not permitted. Guest access During your stay, the apartment and all its amenities are exclusively yours – a place to arrive and feel at ease. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note Our laundry facilities are available to you by appointment. If you wish to use them, we are happy to reserve a 4-hour laundry time slot for you and provide laundry detergent as well as a drying rack. There is a fee of 20 EUR for 4 hours of use. —— For the reservation of a travel cot and a high chair including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance. —— The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car.
