Your host Cheryl is the owner of this beautiful homely little cottage in the heart of the conservation village of Kilconquhar near Elie and its beautiful sandy beaches. The surrounding East Neuk fishing villages are nearby. It sleeps 4 people and is dog friendly. The cottage is ideal for those who enjoy coastal walks, sight seeing, activities, bars and restaurants. The historic town of St Andrews is only 10 miles away. The space This property is a small cottage with stunning views over a horse paddock, towards the loch and the the kirk tower. Around the back is a fully enclosed private garden with sunshine until dusk. Inside, there is 1 bedroom with a lovely superking size bed which can also be split into two singles. The open plan living room / dining kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The sofa in the living room converts easily into a double bed. There is also a wet room. The cottage has full gas central heating, broadband (wifi) digital tv with access to Netflix and Amazon prime. There are board games and books for you to enjoy. High thread count bed linen and towels are provided, and if you are bringing your well behaved dog, a bowl, small blanket and treat are also provided. Guest access Guests can access the whole property. Other things to note There are washing machines and dryers located in Colinsburgh, a short 5 minute drive. If you are staying in our cottage for more than 1 week, we can provide a linen and towel change for an extra cost. Please just get in touch.
